Everyone is welcome in this crew.

It's not about your speed or your skill, it's about a desire to improve.  You are your own best competition and we are your teammates.  So regardless of your personal goal, we want to help you find what it takes to achieve it.

Anyone who joins in Republic workouts is able to receive a weekly training plan that guides runners with training recommendations and best practices.

Jordan Crosby, Lindsey Fell, and Scotty Lash set out to start a community that would help people train harder, get faster, and push people beyond what they thought they could achieve.  Founded on the principles of smarter training and a supportive environment, they built a club that has helped runners find their fast. Together everyone pushes each other to achieve PRs, score podium finishes in some of the biggest local races, and even help support some runners on their journeys towards first-time Boston Qualifying marathons.

Bobby Elsinger provides training plans and insightful advice to runners looking to improve their speed, form, and distance.

The crew also benefits from additional leadership provided by Todd Zino.

Shelly Custodio is the Republic's social media guru. She curates the Republic's Instagram account (@therepublic_ca) with vibrant images, clever copy, and the most up to date information regarding workouts.

Supporting social staff includes Andrew AquinoKatie Barth, and Zack Goulet.

Mark Ramdarass is a New York Art Director and the Republic's chief graphic artist who designed the club's logo. Mark regularly contributes his illustration skills, photography, and generally comes up with really cool swag.

Andrew Alquino, Katie Barth, Shelly Custodio, Mark Ramdarass and many, many others contribute photography to the ever-growing Republic archive.

Ryan Young is a freelance photographer who has taken several photos found on this site.  Inquiries regarding his work can be made at
